Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between BJ Penn Jr (ranked 4694 p4p, 4979 weight class) and Rexob Boxer (ranked 503 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that BJ Penn Jr has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily BJ Penn Jr seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Penn Jr.
Penn Jr tries to score a power double leg takedown but Boxer sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Penn Jr somewhat.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Penn Jr.
Boxer looks like he wants to counter punch here.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for BJ Penn Jr. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Penn Jr shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Boxer sprawls well. Boxer wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Penn Jr gets slowly back to his feet.
Penn Jr looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Boxer fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Penn Jr avoids it really well and circles away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Boxer stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Boxer ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Penn Jr has his takedown stuffed
and Boxer counters with a stiff right hand.
Boxer throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

Penn Jr is rocked!

Boxer gets the takedown into side control.
Oh Penn Jr is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Boxer decides to stand up, so the ref orders Penn Jr to his feet.
Penn Jr fails with the takedown
and Boxer counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Penn Jr finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Boxer's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Penn Jr falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
