Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jackson Hawk!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Colton Orr!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Aleksandr Martynov and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hawk moves in looking to clinch but Orr pushes him off.
Hawk tries to close the distance and clinch but Orr swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Orr throws a nice looking combination but Hawk bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Hawk fails with the takedown.
Orr cracks Hawk with a right hand to the side of the head.
Orr lands a nice shot to the body.
Orr stuffs the takedown attempt from Hawk. Hawk gets slowly back to his feet.
Orr tries to keep at a distance but Hawk has taken the fight into the clinch.
Orr wants to break the clinch but can't.
Hawk changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Orr fights it off and pushes away nicely.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jackson Hawk. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hawk fails in his attempt to clinch.
Hawk tries to close the distance and clinch up but Orr swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Orr lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
It looks like Jackson Hawk has been cut.
Whack! Orr lands a heavy head kick that drops Hawk. The ref tackles Orr to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Hawk was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Colton Orr!
