Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kemen Etxeberria (ranked 20068 p4p, 2803 weight class) and Sheev Palpatine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Etxeberria comes to the cage accompanied by The Basque National Anthem. The crowd seem to be enjoying Palpatine's choice of entrance music: I am the Senate. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Etxeberria ducks under a wild hook from Palpatine.

Palpatine loads up on a big right hand but Etxeberria slips the punch.
Etxeberria has a takedown stuffed.
Etxeberria throws a right and a left that both miss.
Palpatine defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Etxeberria.

Palpatine fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Etxeberria looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
A clash of legs there as Etxeberria blocks the low kick.

Palpatine let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Palpatine fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Etxeberria.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Palpatine lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Etxeberria has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Etxeberria and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Palpatine bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Etxeberria's head backwards.
Palpatine will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Palpatine tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Etxeberria was well out of range. Poor timing from Palpatine.
Etxeberria takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Etxeberria misses with a few strikes there.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Palpatine. Etxeberria shrugs it off though.
Etxeberria is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Palpatine looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Etxeberria moves forwards but Palpatine connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Palpatine lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Palpatine pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Palpatine is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Etxeberria hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
