Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Caio Victor (ranked 394 p4p, 952 weight class) and Julius Turunen (ranked 47 p4p, 123 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Julius Turunen!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paulsen Ambrosius and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turunen moves in looking to clinch but Victor pushes him off.
Victor takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Victor tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Turunen defends well and Victor ends up having to push Turunen into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
A countering left hand to the body from Turunen misses.
Victor manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Turunen gets to his feet - Victor follows without any prompting.

You can see the frustration on Victor's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Victor breaks Turunen's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Victor got a little sloppy there for a moment and Turunen has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Victor has managed to get both his arms back between Turunen's legs - danger averted.

That was a close round but I would say that Caio Victor will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Victor lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Turunen has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Turunen and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Victor fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Turunen checks it well.

Turunen stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
Turunen tries to close the distance and clinch but Victor swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Turunen scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Victor shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Turunen pinned against the cage. Turunen gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
A little jabbing left from Turunen on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Victor lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Turunen circles away quickly and effectively.

Victor has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Turunen should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Victor has tightened it up now! Turunen should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
