Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sergei MiG (ranked 3442 p4p, 4072 weight class) and Fedor Petrov (ranked 412 p4p, 468 weight class). MiG comes to the cage accompanied by Zombie. Petrov has chosen They want too see me fall as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Horrible takedown attempt by MiG or perhaps it was just good defense by Petrov, which made it look bad.

Petrov gets to his feet - MiG follows without any prompting.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Petrov dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

MiG changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Petrov looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

MiG tries to score with some ground and pound. Petrov controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Fedor Petrov will probably get the nod.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

MiG shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Petrov pinned against the cage. Petrov gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

MiG drops his hands for a split second and Petrov immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into MiG face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Petrov follows up with a right hand that knocks MiG into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Fedor Petrov!
Fedor Petrov got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'
Sergei MiG spoke after the fight, saying 'I'm sorry fans, congrats to Bubba. I worked really hard to bring home the win, but i'll be back stronger and better, and hopefully me and Bubba can run it back for 5 rounds.'.
