Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sasha Rua (ranked 888 p4p, 1244 weight class) and Jonathan Archer (ranked 130 p4p, 181 weight class). Rua kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Champion. Archer has chosen Wu Tang Clan - Method Man as his entrance music. Sasha Rua has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sasha Rua!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jonathan Archer!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rua moves away from the strike by Archer.
Rua tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Archer counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Archer on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
A punch combination from Rua misses.
Archer blocks a jab.
Archer appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Rua misses with a combination
and Archer counters with a stiff right hand.
Rua scores with a decent looking hook.
Archer dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Rua. That did some damage!
Archer moves away from the strike by Rua.
Rua looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Rua misses with the combination.
Archer slips under a jab.
Rua takes a swing at Archer's ribcage but misses.
Archer misses with a wild body shot.

Archer ducks under a wild hook from Rua.
A little jabbing left from Archer on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Rua misses with an uppercut. Archer saw that one coming.
Archer bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Archer throws a shot from downtown. Rua moves away and avoids it.
Rua is looking to counter the offense by Archer and move into the clinch.
A looping hook to the body misses from Archer. Rua does a little dance to reset his feet.
Rua takes a jab right on the kisser.
Rua uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Archer.
Rua scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Archer wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Rua uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Archer.
Rua swings away with a body shot that misses
and Archer counters with a straight right hand.
Rua fails in his attempt to clinch.

Rua is rocked!
Archer ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Rua out cold! The fight is over!

A very excited looking Jonathan Archer made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
