Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Lee Rom-Sae (ranked 4836 p4p, 4534 weight class) and John Frost (ranked 0 p4p, 224 weight class). John Frost has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Lee Rom-Sae!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, John Frost!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Hirohito Nitta and Yuuki Gou.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rom-Sae takes the fight into the clinch.
Frost scores with a shot to the side of Rom-Sae's head.
Frost keeps control of Rom-Sae as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Frost is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Frost lands a nice knee to the body.
Frost taking a breather.

Frost manages to break the clinch.
Rom-Sae tries for a takedown but Frost sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Frost forces Rom-Sae back against the cage and clinches.
Rom-Sae tries to pull guard but Frost forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Rom-Sae has Frost pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Rom-Sae pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Frost tumbling to the mat - Rom-Sae dives into Frost's guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Frost has a closed guard, preventing Rom-Sae from standing up.
Rom-Sae content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Rom-Sae not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Rom-Sae drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Rom-Sae jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Rom-Sae sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Frost's guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Rom-Sae is working for a submission of some sort.
Rom-Sae looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Frost is trying to get back to full guard.
Rom-Sae wants to stand but Frost has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Frost keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Rom-Sae is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Rom-Sae missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Rom-Sae shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Frost but Frost pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Frost tries to counter by closing the distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lee Rom-Sae. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Frost lands a two punch combo.
Frost blocks a head kick by Rom-Sae.
Frost tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Rom-Sae paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Rom-Sae throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Rom-Sae takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Frost tries to clinch but Rom-Sae moves out of range.
Frost jabs Rom-Sae to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Frost feints a jab promting Rom-Sae to slip. Frost then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Rom-Sae slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Frost closes the distance and pushes Rom-Sae back into the cage.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Rom-Sae tries for a takedown but Frost manages to get underhooks.
Rom-Sae has Frost pushed against the cage.
Frost is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Rom-Sae is keeping busy.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Rom-Sae is trying to break free.
A frustrated look appears on Frost's face as he tries to break the clinch.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

John Frost dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Rom-Sae is still looking wobbly from the end of the last round!
Frost cracks a nice hook into Rom-Sae's ribs.
Oh Rom-Sae is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Frost tries to close the distance and clinch but Rom-Sae swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Rom-Sae seems to have got his legs back now.
Frost has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Rom-Sae seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Frost shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Rom-Sae is backing up but Frost catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Rom-Sae covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Frost Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:16 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). John Frost!
