Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Raymond Donde (ranked 625 p4p, 2041 weight class) and J Gay G (ranked 67 p4p, 203 weight class). Gay G has chosen Down as his entrance music. Raymond Donde has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, J Gay G!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Saam Ante and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donde steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Gay G.

Donde throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Gay G digs a good hook to Donde's body.
Gay G connects with a nice looking jab.
Gay G feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Donde seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.
Donde is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Gay G is aware though and is defending well.
Gay G is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Gay G stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Donde swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Donde working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Gay G doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Gay G manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Donde will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Gay G stands and throws Donde's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Gay G is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Donde knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Donde has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Gay G. Oh but Donde has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Gay G goes limp - he's gone! Donde jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!

Raymond Donde spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
