Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Victor Fondue (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and B ER (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fondue ducks right into an uppercut from ER.
ER throws a shot to the body.
ER scores with a jab to the head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Fondue has managed to clinch.
ER is looking to break free of the clinch but Fondue has double underhooks.
Fondue really is a fat lump.
ER wants to break free but Fondue has control.
Fondue avoids a wild elbow strike from ER.
ER tries to break the clinch but Fondue is controlling the position.

Fondue is trying to trip ER. He has hold of a leg but ER is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Fondue persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Fondue might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Fondue not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

ER is pushing Fondue's head away, looking to escape. Fondue manages to hold on to the position though.

Fondue has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
ER moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
A head kick misses from Fondue.
A lazy left from ER finds it's target.
B ER is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
ER throws a left that rocks Fondue and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! ER dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Fondue regain composure!

ER is looking to take a break and control but Fondue is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Oh Fondue is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
ER really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Fondue. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

ER seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

Fondue is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
ER trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Fondue seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
ER must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Fondue cracks ER with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

ER tries to control Fondue's head but Fondue pushes him back down and moves quickly to lock up an arm here - he's swung around for an armbar! Will he get it??? Yes! ER is tapping out! Lovely Jiu Jitsu there!
