Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Franky Rodgers (ranked 4232 p4p, 4590 weight class) and Larkin Davis (ranked 390 p4p, 243 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Larkin Davis!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rodgers takes a kick to the side of the head.

Davis throws a right hand that Rodgers ducks under and follows up with a left that Rodgers also avoids with ease.
Rodgers shoots in for a double leg but Davis sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Davis defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Rodgers.
Davis wants to counter the offense by Rodgers and move into the clinch position.
Rodgers tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

Rodgers changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Davis looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Rodgers is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Davis is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
