Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Jones (ranked 3008 p4p, 4211 weight class) and Paul Vinazen (ranked 363 p4p, 470 weight class). Vinazen has chosen Scary Mask as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Dan Jones has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Dan Jones seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Dan Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Paul Vinazen!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Dirk Anderson and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vinazen throws a right and a left that Jones avoids nicely.
Vinazen takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Jones tries to clinch but Vinazen is having none of it.
Jones jabs at Vinazen's body.
Jones darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
It looks like Paul Vinazen has been cut.
Jones paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Jones cracks Vinazen with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Vinazen tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Jones pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Vinazen is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dan Jones!
In his post fight interview, Dan Jones started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
