Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Orion Struss (ranked 3768 p4p, 6538 weight class) and Ger McDonnell (ranked 435 p4p, 591 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Struss might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Lil Gnar - New Bugatti. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Radbod Blank and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Struss misses with a two punch combination.
McDonnell throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
McDonnell jabbing away but nothing is landing.
McDonnell has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
McDonnell misses with an uppercut. Struss saw that one coming.
McDonnell lands a slapping body shot.
Struss will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Ger McDonnell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Struss pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
McDonnell lands with an uppercut that bounces Struss off the cage and back into range.
Struss throws a nice looking combination but McDonnell bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
McDonnell lands a slapping body shot.
McDonnell looks to score with a jab to the body but Struss is just out of range.
Struss throws an uppercut from half a mile away. McDonnell sees it coming and avoids it easily.
McDonnell lands with a nice combination. Struss backs away looking to recover.
Struss is rocked!
McDonnell lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Oh Struss is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
McDonnell circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Struss to the canvas! Struss doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - McDonnell keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
