Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Volkov (ranked 727 p4p, 1177 weight class) and Ruslan Temirov (ranked 79 p4p, 129 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 12 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ivan Volkov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 27 - 18 - 2, fighting out of London, Ruslan Temirov!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Nard Betker and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Temirov misses with a left hand
and Volkov counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Volkov stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Temirov swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Despite the aggression on Temirov's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
