Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Greed tries a head kick but it misses.

Potter moves into the clinch successfully.

Potter breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Greed goes for a double leg but Potter avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Potter continues to drive forward.
Greed tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Potter paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Greed shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Potter as he jumps to the side.
Potter tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Greed throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Potter shoots in looking for a takedown but Greed manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Potter's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Potter tries to score a power double leg takedown but Greed sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Potter somewhat.
Greed wants to clinch up but Potter keeps it at a distance.
Greed moves in looking to clinch but Potter pushes him off.

Potter has managed to clinch.
Potter has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Greed avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Greed is trying to break the clinch but Potter has him pressed against the cage.

Potter breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Greed closes the distance and clinches up with Potter, looking for a takedown. Greed pushes Potter against the cage but Potter circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Potter keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Greed shoots in but Potter avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Potter drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Greed throws Potter to one side and escapes!

Potter closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Greed takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Sloppy strikes there by Potter.
Potter misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Potter just content to control the position.
Potter throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.

The referee asks Potter politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Potter prefers to stall for the moment though.

Potter decides to stand back up.

Potter closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Potter lands in his opponent's guard.
Greed is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Potter dives into side control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Potter wants to stand but Greed has his arm trapped.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Potter tries to stand but Greed is controlling his head.
Potter misses with the ground and pound.
Potter takes a little break here. Greed wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
Potter tries to move to mount but Greed blocks the move with his legs.
Greed wants to control but Potter postures up.
You can see the frustration on Greed's face as Potter controls the position.

Potter goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Greed has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Potter but great work by Greed.
Jamie Potter overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Potter is looking for a sweep.
Potter is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Greed is controlling him well.

Greed stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Potter fails with the takedown.
Potter shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Greed defends it nicely.

and Potter decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Greed's guard.
Potter is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Potter has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Greed is trying to keep an underhook but Potter manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Greed wants to control but Potter is keeping busy and won't allow it.
