Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between tyler mckinney (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luiz Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. tyler mckinney has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Anderson closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
mckinney is breathing heavily.
Anderson passes to full mount! That's big trouble for mckinney!
mckinney regains half guard.
Anderson looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
mckinney is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Anderson seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Anderson is nestled in close to mckinney, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

mckinney is defending against the submission attempts here by Anderson.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
mckinney misses with some strikes from the bottom.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Anderson in particular looking to stall.
mckinney is trying to stand up here but Anderson is controlling him well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Anderson decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

mckinney wants to stand and escape but Anderson is having none of it.
mckinney can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Anderson controls the pace.
mckinney trying to keep a closed guard but Anderson is proving a slippery customer.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
mckinney wants to sweep but no luck.
Anderson seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
mckinney not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
mckinney can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Anderson controls the pace.
Anderson won't allow mckinney to get back to his feet.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
mckinney tries to land a sweep but no joy.
mckinney will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Anderson throws a big right hand that misses.

mckinney pushes a forearm under Anderson's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Anderson is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
