Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Hood (ranked 3323 p4p, 2135 weight class) and Huber Schlesien (ranked 407 p4p, 267 weight class). Schlesien has chosen Arm & Tepr - Tu Sais as his entrance music. Huber Schlesien told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hood throws a body punch but Schlesien moves out of range.
Schlesien connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Hood momentarily.
Schlesien is looking to clinch.
Schlesien misses with a lunging right hand
and Schlesien takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Schlesien is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

It looks like Bruce Hood has been cut.

and Hood connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Hood blocks a jab.
Schlesien jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Hood throws a nice looking combination but Schlesien bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Schlesien takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Schlesien throws out a loose jab but Hood uses good head movement to avoid it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hood comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Hood just misses with a punch to the body.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Hood has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Schlesien tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Hood's elbow.
A right hand to the body from Schlesien.
Hood is breathing heavily.

Schlesien jumps guard.
Schlesien is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Schlesien looking for a triangle here. Hood is fighting it but it looks tight! Schlesien pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Hood is tapping out - this one is all over!
