Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Liam Robinson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Jamie Potter!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Paul Tew and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Potter closes the distance and clinches.
Robinson drops down looking for an ankle pick but Potter pulls his leg out and moves away.
Robinson misses with a wild combination.
Potter tries to score a power double leg takedown but Robinson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Potter somewhat.
Potter goes for a double leg but Robinson avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Robinson continues to drive forward.
Potter lands a two punch combo.
Potter drives through and clinches with Robinson against the cage.
Robinson wants to break free but Potter has control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Potter is pressed up against the cage. Robinson has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Potter down to the mat. Potter avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Robinson checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Potter tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Potter shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Robinson sprawls well. Robinson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Potter gets slowly back to his feet.

Potter is trying to pull guard but Robinson has him pressed against the cage.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Robinson thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Potter's head.
Robinson uses his free foot to push down on Potter's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Potter.
Potter really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Robinson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Robinson looking to control but Potter is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Robinson looking to finish Potter with some ground and pound. This is bad for Potter!
Potter is looking to get to half guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Potter can do anything to dispel that myth.
Potter wants to hold on but Robinson pushes him away.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Robinson has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Potter's face.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

As Robinson backs off Potter throws a huge counter combo but Robinson manages to avoid it all.

Potter jumps guard but Robinson turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Robinson gets control of Potter's arms and successfully pulls guard. Robinson will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Potter slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Let's hope that Potter has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Potter must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
