Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Felix Vick (ranked 3851 p4p, 2946 weight class) and Mister Man (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mister Man is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Winston Alpacca and Michael Johnstone.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vick tries to clinch up but Man circles away and keeps his distance.
Vick fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Vick misses with a takedown
and Man connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Vick shoots for a double leg takedown but Man sprawls well. He's pushed Vick's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Felix Vick. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Man defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Vick.
Vick swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Vick shoots in looking for a takedown but Man manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Vick's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Man connects with a nice looking jab.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Vick throws a sloppy head kick and Man moves out of range easily.
Vick tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Man paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Man throws a right and a left that both miss.
Man tries for a takedown but Vick sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Man throws a good cross that connects.
Vick tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Man counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Man lunges at Vick with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Vick's hand.

Man shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Man showed some decent athleticism there.

Man decides to stand up.
Vick moves in looking to clinch but Man pushes him off.
A countering left hand to the body from Man misses.
Vick tries to clinch up but Man circles away and keeps his distance.

Man stuffs the takedown.

Man scores with a crisp jab that stopped Vick in his tracks.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Man looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Man thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Man has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Vick looks like he's trying to stand up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Vick takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Vick is not in a great position here, taking some shots.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Vick is looking for a sweep.
Man tries to score with some ground and pound. Vick controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Man looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Man scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Vick to see if he's OK.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Vick manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Vick trying to control but Man postures up.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Mister Man dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Man postures up in Vick's guard and throws a big left but Vick blocks it.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

Man gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Man has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Vick clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Vick is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.

Vick is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Man gets his way!
Man is riding his opponent, not letting Vick buck him off.

Man is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Vick has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

Vick wants to control his opponent's hands but Man gets his hands free.
Man lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Man.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Man controlling well, preventing Vick from escaping the position.

Man working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Vick is doing well to defend. Man seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Vick is forced to tap and this one is over!
