Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dick Fitzwell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ilya Kovalchuk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kovalchuk swings and misses with a hook to the body.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Kovalchuk had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Fitzwell is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Kovalchuk Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Fitzwell's back instead.

Well Kovalchuk has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
