Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Orlando Mcnally (ranked 6242 p4p, 4194 weight class) and Rodrigo Duterte (ranked 452 p4p, 384 weight class). Duterte has chosen Ignition (Remix) as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mcnally tries to keep at a distance but Duterte has taken the fight into the clinch.

Mcnally breaks the clinch.
Mcnally pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Mcnally fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Mcnally throws a nice head kick!
Mcnally closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Mcnally leaves Duterte with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
An inside leg kick lands from Mcnally.
Mcnally with a body punch. A glancing blow.

Duterte tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Duterte throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mcnally's waist but Mcnally gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Duterte off to one side.
Duterte's coach down at Walter J Abramowitz Center for Bigness was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Duterte's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Mcnally closes the distance and clinches.

Mcnally breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Duterte wants to clinch up but Mcnally keeps it at a distance.

Mcnally looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Mcnally moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
A head kick from Mcnally lands but Duterte takes it in his stride.
Mcnally throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Mcnally throws a head kick that Duterte semi-blocks.
Mcnally lands a head kick. Duterte smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Mcnally closes the distance and pushes Duterte back into the cage.
Mcnally is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Orlando Mcnally has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rodrigo Duterte.

Mcnally breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Mcnally keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.

Mcnally maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Duterte could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Mcnally has cracked it and Duterte is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Mcnally!
