Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Buddy Barnett (ranked 3287 p4p, 3652 weight class) and Rustam Tsubekov (ranked 432 p4p, 472 weight class). Barnett comes to the cage accompanied by Born Ready. The key to victory for Buddy Barnett has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Buddy Barnett!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 1, fighting out of The Island, Rustam Tsubekov!
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Dirk Anderson and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tsubekov changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Barnett tries to avoid it but Tsubekov manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Barnett to the ground. Barnett escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
A punch combination from Barnett misses.
Tsubekov takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Tsubekov takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Tsubekov avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Barnett tries to bum rush Tsubekov with a series of wild strikes but Tsubekov uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Tsubekov shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Barnett's guard.

Tsubekov swings around for an armbar but Barnett sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Tsubekov's guard.

That was a close second round but I would say that Buddy Barnett will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Tsubekov has his foot on Barnett's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Barnett works his way back into a safe position though.
Rustam Tsubekov has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Barnett has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Tsubekov is proving hard to escape from.
