Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Charlie Potthast!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Yves DeLean and Gregory Folan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Potthast scores with a decent looking hook.
Potthast avoids a punch combination nicely.
Potthast has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Potthast ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Potthast lands with a shot to the body.
Flamebeard throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Potthast appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Potthast dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Flamebeard is breathing heavily.

Potthast scores with a hook to the body. Flamebeard takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Charlie Potthast seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Potthast drops Flamebeard with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Flamebeard looks back up at him and smiles so Potthast waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Flamebeard doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Potthast changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Potthast throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Potthast lands with a good body shot.

Potthast cracks Flamebeard with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Flamebeard looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Potthast finish him?

Flamebeard is rocked!
Flamebeard takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Oh Flamebeard is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Potthast lands a nice looking body shot.
Flamebeard seems to have got his legs back now.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Potthast jabs Flamebeard to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Flamebeard gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Potthast points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Flamebeard wakes up just in time to hear Potthast thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
