Thunder tries to close the distance and clinch but Gorden swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Gorden throws an overhand right that lands on Thunder's shoulder, as Thunder tries to avoid the shot.

Gorden feints and as Thunder raises his hands in defense, Gorden changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
