Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sebastian Bach (ranked 1787 p4p, 2160 weight class) and Maury Travis (ranked 239 p4p, 277 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Sebastian Bach!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Maury Travis!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Chris Dean and Topper Green.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bach throws a big shot that misses.
Bach connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Travis momentarily.
Travis throws a jab when Bach was well out of range.
Travis misses with a looping right.
Travis's jab looks to have found its range, popping Bach under the eye.

It looks like Sebastian Bach has been cut.
Travis throws a body shot but no joy.
Bach pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Travis misses with a looping left.
Travis swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Bach half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Travis connects with a nice looking jab.
Nice uppercut lands for Travis. That snapped Bach's head back.

Bach closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Travis did well to prevent Bach getting side control.
We've been hearing that Bach has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bach passes to full mount!
Bach landing strikes from the mount and Travis is in trouble!
Travis is bucking up trying to escape but Bach cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Travis is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
Travis told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.
Bach landing strikes from the mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Travis wants to get back to his feet.
Bach scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Bach trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Travis is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Bach throwing strikes here but Travis is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Travis takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Travis somehow manages to escape the mount and get back to his feet!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Bach landing with the ground and pound.
Bach throws a big right hand that misses.
Travis is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Bach is controlling him.
Bach throwing strikes from guard but Travis blocks nicely.
Bach trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Travis manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.

Travis breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Bach plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

It looks like Maury Travis has been cut.
Bach looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Travis tries to sprawl but Bach drives through with a takedown into half guard.

Bach not doing much here.
Travis tries to kick Bach off but Bach keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Bach not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Bach thows a huge punch but Travis dodges it nicely.
Travis is trying to stand back up but Bach is controlling him
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Bach not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Travis pushes Bach off but Bach dives into side control.
Travis is trying to get back to his feet.
Bach in side control, throwing shots but Travis defends.
Travis is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Bach asserts his dominance and retains side control.
The ground and pound from Bach seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Bach trying to control the position but Travis is working away.

Travis is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Bach is controlling him well.
Bach scores with punches from side control.
Travis wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
Bach has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Bach tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Bach tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Travis pushes Bach away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Bach gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Travis is not content to let Bach control the position.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Sebastian Bach dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's time! Back to the action!

Travis jabs at Bach's body.
Travis throws an off balance right hand
and Bach counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Travis misses with a looping right.
Bach feinted with a counter takedown.
Travis connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Good shot there by Travis.

Bach closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Travis to the mat! Travis manages to get full guard.
Bach wants to pass the guard but Travis is keeping the position.
Bach is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Travis can do to turn this around?
Travis wants to stand up but Bach is controlling him.
Bach throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Bach scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Travis is looking to stand up but Bach isn't so interested in that idea.
Bach keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Travis's head.
Bach lands a couple of digs.
Bach wants to control from the top but Travis keeps moving.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bach accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Bach throws a big elbow that misses.
Travis is looking to stand up but Bach isn't so interested in that idea.

Travis keeping full guard, as Bach tries to pass.
Bach postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Bach stands up over Travis, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Bach prevents Travis from getting back to his feet.
Sebastian Bach overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Bach throwing strikes but missing.
Travis is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Bach sitting in guard, not really doing much.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Bach misses with a head kick.
Travis jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Bach ducks under a wild hook from Travis.
Sebastian Bach is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Bach's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Travis connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Bach scrambles back to his feet.
Travis lands a really nice looking cross but Bach seems unphased.

Bach is rocked!
Travis flashes Bach a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Bach's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Bach crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Travis punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:28 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Maury Travis!
