The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Mulligan tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Mulligan has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Khan is trying to control Mulligan's posture but Mulligan avoids it.
Khan tries to buck Mulligan off but Mulligan is having none of it.
Khan prevents Mulligan from moving into mount.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Mulligan doesn't manage to clinch there - Khan circles away.
Mulligan tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Khan paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Mulligan throws a series of punches but Khan avoids them all with ease.
