Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, OJ Da Killa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Frankie Griggs!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, John Kavanagh and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Griggs throws a half hearted mid kick.
Griggs takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Da Killa throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Da Killa has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Westside Martial Arts in the buildup to the fight.
Da Killa walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Griggs misses with a lunging right hand
and Da Killa counters with a nice body shot.
Griggs throws a left and a right that both miss
and Da Killa connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Griggs drops Da Killa with a beautiful combination! Da Killa stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Griggs is looking for the KO!
Da Killa is rocked!
It looks like OJ Da Killa has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Griggs misses with a jab, cross combination.
Oh Da Killa is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

and Da Killa connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Da Killa walks straight into a right hand from Griggs - that's dropped him! Griggs jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Da Killa from any more punishment! Da Killa complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Frankie Griggs!
