Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Clifford Val Salvacion (ranked 24285 p4p, 6647 weight class) and Alice Wonderland (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 21 - 0, fighting out of New York, Clifford Val Salvacion!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 28 - 4 - 2, fighting out of New York, Alice Wonderland!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Dean Styles and John Roberts.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Salvacion misses with a takedown
and Wonderland counters with a nice body kick.
Wonderland tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Salvacion swivels and escapes.
Salvacion thinks about countering with a body kick.

Salvacion closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Salvacion lands in his opponent's guard.
Salvacion trying to control but Wonderland is working from the bottom.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wonderland is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Salvacion is controlling him.
Salvacion throws a big right hand that misses.
Wonderland wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Salvacion manages to pass to side control.
Wonderland trying to get back to full guard but Salvacion takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount!

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Salvacion controlling the pace for now.
Wonderland is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Wonderland is trying to stand up.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Wonderland can do anything to dispel that myth.
Wonderland tries to reverse the position but Salvacion maintains control.
Salvacion trying to control but Wonderland is having none of it.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Wonderland wants to hold on but Salvacion pushes him away.
Wonderland holds on to Salvacion as tight as he can, avoiding damage.
Wonderland really wants to buck Salvacion off and get back to his feet.
Salvacion looking to control but Wonderland is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Wonderland tries to reverse the position but Salvacion maintains control.

Salvacion is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Wonderland has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Wonderland!
Wonderland is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Wonderland wanted to stand there but Salvacion had control of the position.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Wonderland with a lazy takedown attempt
and Salvacion makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Wonderland really felt that one!

Salvacion tries to keep at a distance but Wonderland has taken the fight into the clinch.

Wonderland gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Wonderland stands and steps away. Salvacion gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Salvacion gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Wonderland to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Salvacion has a closed guard, preventing Wonderland from standing up.
Salvacion is trying to control the position from the bottom.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Wonderland wants to get up but he can't break Salvacion's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Wonderland gets to his feet - Salvacion follows without any prompting.

Wonderland closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Wonderland lands in his opponent's guard.
Wonderland is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Salvacion is trying to keep Wonderland in close.

Salvacion is working an open guard so Wonderland takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Salvacion darts in looking for a takedown but Wonderland gets double underhooks and turns Salvacion into the cage.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Salvacion has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Wonderland avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Salvacion fails to pull the fight into his guard.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Clifford Val Salvacion. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Wonderland manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wonderland seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Salvacion stops Wonderland from standing up.

Alice Wonderland showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Salvacion's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!


Wonderland shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Alice Wonderland has got the better of the ground game so far.
Wonderland tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Salvacion.
Salvacion trying to control but Wonderland postures up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wonderland perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Salvacion is trying to maintain the position but Wonderland is very close to passing his half guard.
Wonderland slows the pace down in half guard.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Wonderland feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Wonderland slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Salvacion wants to get back to his feet but Wonderland passes into half guard.
Salvacion trying to hold on to Wonderland's head to control him but Wonderland postures up.

Wonderland is figuring out what he wants to do next.

Wonderland decides to stand and escape the position.
Wonderland is trying hard to land a takedown here. Salvacion sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Wonderland gets the takedown into side control.

Wonderland working the ground and pound but Salvacion is defending the strikes.
Salvacion is trying to improve his position.
Salvacion is letting Wonderland control him for a moment.

Wonderland decides to take the fight back to the feet.

Wonderland shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Salvacion jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.

And that's the end of the fight!
Alice Wonderland comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Wonderland has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
