Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jamal Hampton (ranked 4818 p4p, 4788 weight class) and Ever Alvarado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jamal Hampton!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ever Alvarado!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Phil Schofield and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alvarado misses with a two punch combination.
Hampton dives in and scores a takedown into Alvarado's guard.
Alvarado trying to keep a closed guard but Hampton is proving a slippery customer.
Alvarado is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Hampton avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Alvarado is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Alvarado has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Hampton is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Hampton leaves Alvarado with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Alvarado tries for a takedown but Hampton sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Hampton darts in looking for a takedown but Alvarado gets double underhooks and turns Hampton into the cage.
Hampton keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Alvarado's efforts to push away.
Hampton is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Alvarado can't fight it off and eventually Hampton manages to take the fight to the floor. Alvarado looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Hampton tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Alvarado paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Alvarado throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hampton's waist but Hampton gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Alvarado off to one side.
Jamal Hampton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ever Alvarado.
Hampton shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Alvarado sprawls well. Alvarado wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hampton gets slowly back to his feet.
Alvarado changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hampton tries to avoid it but Alvarado manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hampton to the ground. Hampton escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Alvarado is defended easily by Hampton.
Hampton is looking for a counter combo.
Hampton takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Alvarado goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Hampton shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Alvarado as he avoids it easily.

Alvarado tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Hampton smiles and moves away.

Hampton feints and as Alvarado raises his hands in defense, Hampton changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Alvarado is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Hampton dives into side control.
Alvarado manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Alvarado tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Hampton wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Hampton will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Alvarado takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Hampton has control of Alvarado's left arm, preventing Alvarado from doing any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hampton wants to sweep here but Alvarado controlling him for the moment.
Hampton has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Hampton thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
