PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hyryx Dall (ranked 1959 p4p, 1561 weight class) and Tim Armstrong (ranked 290 p4p, 235 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Dall might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Rattlesnake. Hyryx Dall has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dall misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Dall throws a quick inside leg kick.
A jab from Armstrong finds it's way through Dall's defenses.
Armstrong lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Dall shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Armstrong lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Dall takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Dall lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Armstrong circles away quickly and effectively.
Dall takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Dall looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Dall moves out of range as Armstrong strikes.
Armstrong punishes Dall's body with a nice straight punch.

Armstrong has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Armstrong throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Dall thows a body kick. Armstrong tries to catch it but that hurt him.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Dall rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Armstrong moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Dall lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Armstrong backs up against the cage.
Armstrong lands a really nice looking cross but Dall seems unphased.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Dall is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Armstrong is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Dall had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.

and Armstrong counters with a good low kick that Dall was not able to check.

Oh Dall is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
