Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Terry Silver!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Assad Fez!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Yves DeLean and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silver takes one to the chin there.
Silver misses with a hook.
Fez takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Nice cross by Silver.
Silver displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Fez throws out the jab.
Silver lands with a shot to the body.
Silver keeps the fight on the outside.
Silver is looking to counter punch.
Silver misses with a wild combination.
Fez throws a combination. Silver tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Silver throws a body punch but Fez moves out of range.
Fez is looking to clinch.
Silver swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Fez throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Silver throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Fez throws the left hand but Silver avoids the punch easily.
Silver throws a body punch but Fez moves out of range.
Fez throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Silver.
Oooooh!!! Silver has knocked Fez down with a huge combo! Silver steps away and waves a wobbly Fez back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Fez is rocked!
It looks like Assad Fez has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Fez rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Silver makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Fez is still on wobbly legs! Can Silver finish him?
Fez looks winded!
Silver is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Fez flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Fez is out cold! Silver holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Terry Silver!
In his post fight interview, Terry Silver started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
