Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the super heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sean Harrison!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Dan Donovan!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Percy O'Donnell and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harrison pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Harrison forces Donovan back against the cage and clinches.
Donovan throws a punch but it's blocked by Harrison.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Harrison.

It looks like Dan Donovan has been cut.
Donovan wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Both guys are working to get underhooks.
A frustrated look appears on Donovan's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Harrison works on Donovan's body with a couple of short punches.

Donovan is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Donovan softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Harrison can't find room to land a body shot as Donovan controls the action.
Donovan misses with a hook to the ribs.
Harrison tries a body shot but Donovan blocks it.

Harrison gets through Donovan's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Donovan's coach down at JAG Battle Gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Donovan's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Donovan is trying to force a seperation but Harrison has the dominant position.
Donovan wants to get back to striking at distance but Harrison won't allow it.
Harrison scores with a shot to the side of Donovan's head.
Harrison tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Donovan's elbow.
Harrison misses with a punch to the body.
Harrison lands with a right to the head.
Harrison lands with a short head shot on the inside.

Harrison breaks from the clinch.

Harrison feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Donovan sprawling to the canvas! Donovan rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Harrison finish him?!

Donovan is rocked!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Harrison flashes Donovan a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Donovan's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Donovan crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Harrison punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Sean Harrison!
