Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Death Minister (ranked 861 p4p, 1216 weight class) and Blackout Mane (ranked 114 p4p, 170 weight class). Minister kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Rhapsody of Fire. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mane misses with a hook.
Minister takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Mane avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Blackout Mane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Minister takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Mane shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Minister has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Mane tries to pass the half guard into mount. Minister knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mane takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Mane is looking for a kimura but Minister is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Mane to get the leverage.

Mane maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Minister could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Mane has cracked it and Minister is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Mane!
