Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Moe Moose (ranked 3154 p4p, 4684 weight class) and Rocky Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 13 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Moe Moose!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Rocky Smith!
The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Michael Johnstone and Peter Branson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Smith shoots in and bounces Moose off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Moose looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Smith trying to control the position from guard on top but Moose is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Smith is looking to work some ground and pound but Moose has wrist control.
Moose utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Smith stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Moose swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Smith wants to control from the top but Moose keeps moving.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Moose is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Smith is controlling him.
Moose wants to sweep but no luck.

Smith drops back looking for a leg! Moose is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Moose manages to kick Smith off! Smith jumps back into Moose's guard.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Moose gets caught napping as Smith dives in and scores a takedown. Moose manages to retain guard.

Smith postures up and lands a big shot to Moose's brow.

Smith might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Moose haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Smith must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Smith decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Smith shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Smith was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Smith has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Smith has Moose pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Moose manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Moose tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Smith smiles and moves away.

Smith advances to full mount.
Smith tries to control but Moose wriggling away.

Smith bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Smith cracks Moose with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Smith immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Moose is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Smith!
