Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Freddie DeLuna (ranked 4993 p4p, 5602 weight class) and Marco Montgomery (ranked 519 p4p, 544 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Marco Montgomery!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Elvis Blanc and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Montgomery throws a combination but it was largely blocked by DeLuna.
Montgomery throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

DeLuna drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and DeLuna jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

DeLuna seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Montgomery gets caught napping as DeLuna dives in and scores a takedown. Montgomery manages to retain guard.
Montgomery wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and DeLuna manages to pass to side control.
DeLuna will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
