The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ishe tries for a takedown but Benn sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Benn keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Benn instigates a clinch.

Benn successfully pulls guard.
Benn seems keen to control Ishe's posture.
Ishe wants to control from the top but Benn keeps moving.
Benn manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Ishe manages to get himself to full guard.
Benn is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Benn advances to half guard.
Ishe wants to control the action here but instead Benn manages to pass to full mount!
Benn lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Ishe tries to lock up and control but Benn gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Benn fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Benn content just to control the position here.

Benn pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Benn is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Ishe is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Ishe flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Benn anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Ishe and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Benn slips an arm under Ishe chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Benn has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Benn is squeezing on Ishe like an anaconda would it's prey. Ishe fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
