The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cardona throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Burczymucha.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Cardona jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Burczymucha walks away with a smile on his face. Cardona gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Cardona lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Cardona.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Burczymucha escapes and gets back to his feet.

Burczymucha feints and as Cardona raises his hands in defense, Burczymucha changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Cardona working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Burczymucha doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Cardona is tightening it up a little... Burczymucha has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Burczymucha reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Burczymucha taps out! nice BJJ there by Cardona!
