Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mi Shin Ii!
The judges for this bout are Ron Honeybunn, Winston Howard and Donatello Bradman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Shin Ii shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

McFistface drops back, looking for a kneebar! Shin Ii looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Shin Ii looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Shin Ii!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
McFistface tries to buck Shin Ii off but Shin Ii is having none of it.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

McFistface closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Shin Ii did well to prevent McFistface getting side control.
