The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice inside leg kick there by Spike. That's going to slow Morgan down.
Spike throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Morgan fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Spike closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes.
Spike is trying to break the clinch but Morgan is controlling him.

Morgan's coach down at Cloud9 was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Morgan's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Spike forces Morgan back against the ropes and clinches.
Morgan misses with a short punch on the inside.

Morgan tries to circle away but Spike has him pinned against the ropes.
Morgan misses with a hook from the clinch.
Spike is trying to break the clinch but Morgan is controlling him.

Spike breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Morgan avoids a kick to the body.
Morgan fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Morgan throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Spike clinches up with Morgan and pushes him back against the ropes.
Spike blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Spike wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Spike has had enough of the clinch but Morgan keeps him there for the moment.
Spike is leaning against Morgan and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Morgan lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Morgan misses with the head strike.
A nice left hand lands by Morgan.
Morgan swings wildly with an uppercut but Spike uses good head movement to avoid it.

Morgan tries a body shot but Spike blocks it.

Morgan breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Spike scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Morgan works Spike's body with a nice hook.

Spike avoids the body shot from Morgan.
A looping hook to the body misses from Morgan. Spike does a little dance to reset his feet.
Spike takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Spike on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Spike throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A countering left hand to the body from Morgan misses.
Morgan misses with an uppercut.
Morgan bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Spike's head.
Morgan misses with a wild combination.
Spike wants to clinch
letting Morgan counter with a right hand.
Sloppy strikes from Morgan. Those never looked like landing.
Morgan lands with an overhand left.
Morgan throws a shot from downtown. Spike moves away and avoids it.
A counter left hand to the body from Spike misses its target.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Jack Morgan dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!

Morgan lands with a straight right. Spike didn't see that one coming.
A lazy left from Morgan finds it's target.
Morgan punishes Spike's body with a nice straight punch.
Morgan throws a shot to the body.
Morgan connects with a body shot that sends Spike's belly button to the back.
Spike's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Morgan connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Spike scrambles back to his feet.

Spike is rocked!
Morgan lands a jab and follows it up with a massive straight that knocks Spike out cold! Spike is crumpled in the corner, his head only propped up by the ropes! That's one for the organiziational promos right there! Wow, what a finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:27 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Jack Morgan!
