Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

With a record of 16 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Caio Barbosa!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barbosa uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Grandis.
We've been informed that Barbosa has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Barbosa throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Barbosa fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Grandis on the side of the head.

After the fight, Robert Grandis was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
