Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Alan Scott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and BJ Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Alan Scott has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Alan Scott seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Alan Scott!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, BJ Sanchez!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Colin Fotheringham and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scott looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Scott is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Scott postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Sanchez is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Scott, into his guard.
Sanchez is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Scott looking to hit a scissor sweep but Sanchez is one step ahead there.
Scott had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Sanchez is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Scott Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Sanchez's back instead.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Scott seems to be going for a rear naked choke. He has an arm under Sanchez's chin but Sanchez turns very nicely into Scott's guard. Good BJJ skills being displayed there by Sanchez.
Scott wants to sweep but no luck.

Scott manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Sanchez is trying desperately to improve position.
Scott unloads with some shots from mount but Sanchez bucks and avoids them well.
Sanchez tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Scott jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Sanchez is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Sanchez and Scott has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Sanchez is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Scott off and has taken his back!
Scott is really stuck here.
Scott turns into Sanchez and is now in his guard.
Scott is breathing heavily.

Scott stands and throws Sanchez's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Sanchez is trying to improve his position.
Scott is chipping away with strikes.
Scott looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Scott is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Sanchez is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Scott tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Scott goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Sanchez rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Scott's guard! Nice work there by Sanchez!

Scott tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Scott looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Scott has momentary wrist control but Sanchez slips an elbow through the middle.
Scott has his foot on Sanchez's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Sanchez works his way back into a safe position though.
Scott working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Sanchez doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Sanchez manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Sanchez lands a couple of elbows.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Scott preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Scott bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Sanchez's guard.
Scott works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Scott works his way into side control.
Sanchez tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Scott lands a nice forearm strike.
Scott working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Scott moves into full mount!
Sanchez working to try and regain half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Alan Scott dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Scott shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Scott was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Scott looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Scott moves to the back.
Sanchez rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.

Sanchez tries to improve position but can't.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Scott has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Sanchez is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Scott yanks on the arm and Sanchez is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Scott.
