Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Bard (ranked 2091 p4p, 3102 weight class) and Radu Dracul (ranked 279 p4p, 387 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Radu Dracul!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Chris Dean and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bard manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Dracul on his heels. He'll look to pass Dracul's guard now, I'm sure.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Bard looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Dracul with the counter takedown but Bard avoids it easily.
Bard is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Dracul.
And Dracul tries to counter it with a takedown but Bard pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Bard is looking to improve his position.
Dracul is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Radu Dracul has got the better of the ground game so far.
Bard won't allow Dracul to pass to mount.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Dracul connects with a nice short shot to Bard's temple.
Bard is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Dracul slips a nice elbow through Bard's hands, connecting with Bard's forehead.
Bard is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dracul is working for a submission of some sort.
Oh Bard is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bard has hold of Dracul's hands but Dracul slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Dracul lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Bard! More strikes land and this one is all over! Dracul jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!
