Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Yoruba Ahimbe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mauricio Guilherme (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Mauricio Rocha and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guilherme misses with a body shot.
Ahimbe tries to clinch there but Guilherme circles away.
Guilherme throws a right and a left that Ahimbe avoids nicely.
Ahimbe closes the distance and clinches.
Guilherme dodges an elbow strike from Ahimbe.
Ahimbe wants a takedown.
Ahimbe is trying to stall.
Guilherme breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Guilherme throws a right and a left that Ahimbe avoids nicely.
Ahimbe moves into range and connects with a jab.
Ahimbe will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Guilherme throws a series of punches but Ahimbe moves out of range.
Ahimbe shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Guilherme tries to reverse the position but Ahimbe maintains control.
Guilherme takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Ahimbe wants to finish this one by submission but Guilherme is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Ahimbe.

Ahimbe lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Ahimbe stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.
Ahimbe shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Yoruba Ahimbe. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Guilherme throws a one two combo.
Yoruba Ahimbe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ahimbe will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Ahimbe lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Guilherme has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Guilherme and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Ahimbe shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Ahimbe has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Guilherme keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Guilherme tries to hold on but Ahimbe postures up.
Guilherme is trying to escape the mount.
Ahimbe throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Guilherme has his hands clasped together but Ahimbe breaks the hold and Guilherme is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Ahimbe!
