Avariim drops McCarthy with a big knee straight up the middle! McCarthy is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!
McCarthy is rocked!

As Avariim looks to move away, McCarthy throws a big counter combo but Avariim just gets out of the way.
Oh McCarthy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
McCarthy drives through and clinches with Avariim against the cage.
Avariim has McCarthy pressed against the cage. He pushes McCarthy back and as he springs towards him off the cage, Avariim throws a beautiful elbow that sends McCarthy crashing to the floor! Avariim piles on the pressure with more strikes! McCarthy is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ollistor Avariim!
