Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gajah Mada (ranked 3645 p4p, 3648 weight class) and Dougie McFistface (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mada comes to the cage accompanied by Fighter Mode. The crowd seem to be enjoying McFistface's choice of entrance music: Tiptoe Through The Tulips. This should be a great matchup!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
McFistface ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Mada moves away.
As McFistface looks to move away, Mada throws a big counter combo but McFistface just gets out of the way.

Mada gets a double leg takedown into McFistface's guard.
McFistface tries to land a sweep but no joy.
McFistface bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Mada's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

McFistface drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and McFistface jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

McFistface drops back, looking for a kneebar! Mada looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Mada looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Mada!

McFistface is trying to get back to half guard.
McFistface manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

McFistface wants to work for an arm triangle but Mada is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
