Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Javier Pimba!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Topper Green and John Mangel.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King lands a jab to the head.
Pimba misses with a body punch
and King connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

It looks like Javier Pimba has been cut.
The fighters circle momentarily. King darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
King looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Pimba takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Pimba misses with a jab, cross combination.
King avoids the body shot from Pimba.

King moves into the clinch.
With the fighters clinched against the ropes, King creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
King lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
King softening up his opponent with strikes, against the ropes.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Pimba breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
King tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Pimba was well out of range. Poor timing from King.
Pimba throws a combination that misses
and King counters with a lovely straight right hand!

King has taken the fight to the clinch.

Pimba manages to break the clinch.

King gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Pimba breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
King lands with an uppercut that bounces Pimba off the ropes and back into range.

That has opened up Javier Pimba's cut even more.
King bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Pimba's head.
Pimba cracks a nice hook into King's ribs.

King is looking to clinch.
As King backs off Pimba throws a huge counter combo but King manages to avoid it all.
King slips a jab and a cross from Pimba.
Pimba misses with a double jab.

King has taken the fight to the clinch.

Pimba breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Pimba walks into a left hand.
Pimba throws a series of punches but King avoids them all with ease.
Pimba takes one on the button.
Pimba slips a straight right by King.
Pimba is looking for the big counter here.
Pimba takes a jab right on the kisser.

The cut above Javier Pimba's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
King is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
King throws a shot to the body.
King is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
A combination from Pimba does no damage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Javier Pimba's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

King connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
