Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Robert Leahy (ranked 2821 p4p, 2392 weight class) and Herlock Von Ryan (ranked 369 p4p, 327 weight class). Von Ryan has chosen The Crystal Method - Play For Real (Dirtyphonics Remix) as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leahy throws the left hand but Von Ryan avoids the punch easily.
Von Ryan throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Leahy sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Von Ryan defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Leahy.

It looks like Robert Leahy has been cut.

Von Ryan goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Leahy has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Von Ryan but great work by Leahy.

Leahy is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Von Ryan is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Von Ryan is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Leahy's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Von Ryan drops back looking for a leg! Leahy is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Leahy manages to kick Von Ryan off! Von Ryan jumps back into Leahy's guard.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Leahy throws a right and a left that both miss.
Von Ryan throws a right hand that Leahy ducks under and follows up with a left that Leahy also avoids with ease.
Leahy shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Von Ryan as he avoids it easily.
Von Ryan lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Leahy is looking to close the distance but Von Ryan sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Leahy crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Leahy is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
