Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Glenn Gunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yago Barros (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gunn comes to the cage accompanied by AC DC - Big Gun. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Yago Barros!
The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Daniel Cesar and Seu Braga.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A decent looking cross lands there for Gunn.

It looks like Yago Barros has been cut.
Barros swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Barros looks to land a body kick but Gunn moved away.
Barros wants to clinch.
Gunn misses with the combination.
Gunn keeps the fight on the outside.
Barros lands with a right hand.
Barros throws a sloppy head kick and Gunn moves out of range easily.

Gunn closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Barros to the mat! Barros manages to get full guard.
Gunn postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Barros utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Gunn drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Gunn jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Gunn tries to free his leg and advance position but Barros is retaining full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Barros wants to get back to his feet but Gunn is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Gunn passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Barros tries to bench press Gunn off him but Gunn keeps the position.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Gunn lands the left hand.
Barros throws a sloppy head kick and Gunn moves out of range easily.
No joy there for Barros, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Gunn with a hook.
Yago Barros seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Barros looks gassed!
Barros connects with a body shot.
Gunn lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Barros circles away quickly and effectively.

Barros moves into the clinch.
Gunn on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Barros throws a knee to the head but misses.
Barros is trying to break free.
Barros tries to pull guard but Gunn holds him up against the cage and eventually Barros drops back down to his feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
With the fighters up against the cage, Barros throws an elbow but misses.
Gunn keeps control of Barros as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Barros tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Gunn smiles and moves away.
Barros takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Gunn lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Barros sprawling to the canvas. Gunn follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Barros hang on?

Barros is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Gunn in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Barros tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Gunn!
