The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Valeri Chadov and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tacktheritrix closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Tacktheritrix lands in his opponent's guard.

Tacktheritrix stands up out of Hendersons's guard for a moment - Hendersons manages to land a nice upkick.

Tacktheritrix stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hendersons swivels though and keeps the full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Tacktheritrix thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Tacktheritrix got a little sloppy there for a moment and Hendersons has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Tacktheritrix has managed to get both his arms back between Hendersons's legs - danger averted.

Tacktheritrix content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Hendersons has locked up a guillotine! Hendersons's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Tacktheritrix is holding on here and Hendersons must be using up a lot of energy. Tacktheritrix has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Hendersons gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
