Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe The Englander (ranked 23414 p4p, 4746 weight class) and Kribley Cunningham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Kribley Cunningham!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Richard Clark and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cunningham shoots in for a takedown but The Englander shows good takedown defense.
The Englander throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Cunningham fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with The Englander, pushing him back against the cage.
Cunningham is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. The Englander is defending well for now.
The Englander misses with a short punch on the inside.
The Englander wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Cunningham has him pressed against the cage.
The Englander really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Cunningham closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Cunningham is going oldschool here, as he tries to force The Englander to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so The Englander shrugs it off.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

The Englander tries to lock up and control but Cunningham gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Cunningham stands up and we're back to a striking position.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Kribley Cunningham showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

It looked like The Englander was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.
A big strike lands for Cunningham! That's really hurt The Englander and he's turned his back - Cunningham keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Cunningham jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
