Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bradley Orr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mason Geoffrion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Geoffrion thuds his right hand into Orr's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Geoffrion closes the distance and clinches up with Orr, looking for a takedown. Geoffrion pushes Orr against the cage but Orr circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Orr changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Geoffrion looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Geoffrion is looking for a sweep.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Geoffrion controls the position for a moment.
Orr tries to move into full mount but can't pass Geoffrion's legs.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Geoffrion wants to lay and pray for a moment but Orr keeps working.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Orr doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Geoffrion counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Orr preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Orr is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Orr uses his free foot to push down on Geoffrion's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Geoffrion.
Geoffrion takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Geoffrion tries to lock up and control but Orr gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Orr seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Geoffrion for as long as he can get away with.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Bradley Orr just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.

Geoffrion is tying to control. Orr wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
It looks like Geoffrion is going to stand back up.
Orr has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Geoffrion is working away from the top position though.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Bradley Orr will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Orr decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Orr is taking a breather. Geoffrion says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
